A Quilted Hive is intended as a place for patchworkers and quilters here in Dreamwidth to meet up and share their work, what's currently on the cutting table for in the quilting frame, or to ask questions about something puzzling them in the craft.

I've created the community to unmoderated, as p&q-ers are, by nature, a helpful and friendly bunch but the usual rules apply: play nicely. ;)

Anyone may join. The only pre-requisite is an interest in, or a love for, patchwork and quilting.

You may:
~~post images of quilts, although if it isn't your work please credit appropriately. Large images under a cut, please.
~~praise your local quilt shop.
~~tell us about a recent quilt show you attended--with photos, please! :)
